United States

We use UPS or USPS. lf the items you ordered are in stock, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Canada

Orders will be shipped via UBl. If the items are in stock, all orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days.

Other Countries

We ship worldwide through your local postal services. We typically offer standard mail, registered mail, and EMS Express. For in-stock items, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 10-30 business days.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. or Canada, additional customs duties and taxes may apply based on your local regulations. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay these fees, the goods will be returned and may be disposed of. In this case, we will share the product costs, and you will receive a 50% refund of the product price.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless there are special circumstances such as out-of-stock or pre-order items. If your order has not shipped within 2 business days, please provide your order number and contact us for assistance.

  • If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please email us at support@oxilam.com as soon as possible. Please note that response times may be delayed due to remote working conditions, so we cannot guarantee an immediate reply.
  • If our team is unable to cancel your order, you can return it after receiving it. For more information on returning an order, please refer to our return policy. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can either reship it to the correct address or provide a full refund.
  • If the item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
