Return Period

OXILAM offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Please contact us promptly, as returns cannot be processed after this period.

Return Eligibility

Products must be purchased directly from oxilam.com.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, including all product tags, manuals, hardware, and accessories.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Special orders.
  • Free items or gifts.
  • Promotional items or gift cards.
  • Products with human damage (items must not show signs of wear, scratches, or dirt due to use or installation).

Important: Do not return packages to the shipping address indicated on the original package. Please contact us for the authorized return address. OXILAM reserves the right to deny compensation for packages returned without prior authorization, sent to incorrect addresses, or if the wrong items are returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Consumer's Choice

If the return is due to the consumer's choice, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will depend on the selected carrier.

Our Error

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect items), the consumer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Special Cases

Incorrect Purchases

If you realize you ordered the wrong item, please contact our team immediately. We can assist you in canceling the order or modifying it directly. If changes cannot be made in time, please follow our return process to return the product.

Quality Issues

If you encounter any quality issues, please retain the product and contact us immediately with photos of the problem. We will do our best to assist you.

Return Process

  1. Contact OXILAM at support@oxilam.com with your order number and reason for the return (attach photos if applicable).
  2. Obtain the return address and send the product back (do not send to the original shipping address; ensure the product is securely packaged).
  3. Provide the return tracking number to OXILAM.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse, using the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange items of equal value without incurring additional costs.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.
Price Differences: If the exchanged item is of lower value, no store credit will be issued. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact OXILAM and specify the reason for the exchange and the product you wish to receive.
  2. Obtain the return address and send back the item (ensure the item is securely packaged).
  3. Wait for the replacement product; we will send it within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
