At Oxilam, orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to the original form of payment.
Note: Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.
If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, Oxilamreserves the right to refuse any compensation.
In all return situations, the customer must provide the tracking number.
The reason for return is not a result of Oxilam error, return shipping costs will be responsible by the customer.
If you have ordered the wrong items, please email us at email@example.com, we will help you return the item and place a new order.
Returns will be processed within 10-20 days from the time you mail your return.
A refund of the merchandise purchase price will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing.
