All OXILAM products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from oxilam.com.

Please note: If you purchased the product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty claims. lf purchased on Amazon, please reach out to service@oxilam.com to initiate the warranty process.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@oxilam.com. lnclude a description of the issue, your order number, and photos of the affected area and item condition. Our team will do their best to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.

What does the official warranty not cover?

Products are not sold on our official website.
Damage due to improper installation or misuse.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Stolen or lost products.
Non-quality related issues (for purchases made over 30 days ago; for issues within 30 days, please contact support@oxilam.com).
Costs related to installation, inspection, diagnostics, towing, or other services not directly related to the product.

How do l warranty a gift?

If your product was a gift, please provide the order number, name of the purchaser, or the email used at the time of purchase.

Will I receive the same product after a warranty claim?

Once your warranty claim is approved, please allow 3 business days for processing. OXILAM will replace the defective product with the same item.
lf the original item is out of stock, we will provide a product of equal value and performance.

Does the warranty renew after a product replacement?

The warranty period remains from your original purchase date and does not renew upon replacement.
